Let’s get personal
Background
I grew up in the Pittsburgh area and have always had a deep love for this city, its people, and its incredible neighborhoods. I studied Architecture at the University of Pittsburgh, which sparked my passion for homes, design, and community planning. Wanting to strengthen my business foundation, I earned my MBA from Robert Morris University, where I developed strong business standards, negotiation skills, and a client-first leadership style that I rely on every day.
I have been licensed in real estate since December 1999 and have proudly been with Coldwell Banker Realty since the very beginning of my career. After college, I lived in Mt. Lebanon—my first experience in a true walkable community—which shaped my love for local lifestyle living and neighborhood connection. Before real estate full time, I built a career rooted in leadership, marketing, people development, and service, which became the perfect foundation for guiding clients through important life transitions.
Today, I’m consistently ranked among the top 1–2% of Coldwell Banker Realtors locally and globally, helping families across Pittsburgh and surrounding communities buy, sell, build, and invest with clarity and confidence. My mission is simple: world-class service, deep local expertise, strong strategy, and a joyful, highly communicative, supportive experience from start to finish.

FAQs

The timeline for selling a home in Pittsburgh varies based on market conditions, pricing, and your property's location. On average, well-priced homes in desirable Pittsburgh neighborhoods can sell within 30-60 days. However, I've seen homes receive multiple offers within the first week when they're priced strategically and marketed effectively! Factors like seasonality, your home's condition, and current buyer demand all play a role. During our listing consultation, I'll provide a customized timeline based on your specific property and current Pittsburgh market trends.
-
Most buyers order:
General home inspection
Radon test (common in Western PA)
Sewer lateral inspection
Pest/termite inspection
Roof or structural review on older properties
Many Pittsburgh homes are 100+ years old, so deeper structural evaluations are often worth it.and possibly other additional inspections as needed (pool, septic, zoning, boundaries, etc etc)

While it's technically possible to buy or sell without an agent, working with an experienced Pittsburgh real estate agent saves you time, money, and stress! As your agent, I bring expert knowledge of local market conditions, pricing strategies, and neighborhood insights you won't find online. I handle complex negotiations, navigate tricky paperwork, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and protect you from potential legal issues. Plus, for buyers, my services are typically paid by the seller, so you get professional representation at no direct cost to you. My goal is to make your real estate transaction smooth, successful, and even enjoyable!

My strength is deep, hyperlocal expertise. I don't just know Pittsburgh; I know the micro-markets, which streets in Dormont are quiet, which parts of the Strip District are rezoning, and which builders are active in the North Hills. I can provide crucial, non-public context on property values, taxes (which vary significantly by county/municipality), and the best local vendors, ensuring you get advice tailored to a specific Pittsburgh community, not generic national trends.
